Howdy,
Don't have one of those - but my Dad gave me a Leica he bought in the
early 50s. I used it in my 4 years of what used to be called Graphic Arts -
which at the time (late 60s) consisted of Photography, Offset Press,
Letterpress and Silk Screening cloth.
I still have it - but haven't used it in a long time. It took some
getting used to when learning to focus it.
But I was seduced by the newer, modern electronic cameras. Shame on me.
I ended up with a great Minolta and a Russian camera I can;t recall at the
moment. Both worked well while less than 5 to 10 years old. But once they
go bad it can be very expensive to repair. Both my newer electronic 35SLR
cameras no longer work. But the Leica keeps on clicking! ;-)
Don;t know about the new Leica's but the older mechanical ones are
wonderful.
