I'm sure people have thought they put away my buddy's Powerstroke. He tows 12-15k horse trailers in sixth, and won't downshift until he drops below 50mph. Anybody with an automatic tranny can romp on it and fly by him on a hill. And then there's the age thing, with the horsepower race raging as it has for the last ten years, it's not fair to compare one maker's 2000 model with another maker's 2005.
