People are strange..... I collect (well, really accumulate) fountain pens, and some yahoo on one of the discussion groups won a rather nice solid gold Sheaffer Snorkel on eBay, and then SENT THE PEN BACK because it was shipped a week later than he expected (and overseas, too!). He had the temerity to complain about getting negative feedback from the seller after leaving a "flamer" negative feedback himself!
Not quite clear on the concept, eh? I don't suppose he thought that getting something shipped overseas insured is a routine matter for a private seller. Enough to make you swear of contact with other humans sometimes!
