My SiL works in the insurance industry. She is not well insured for some reason. Tells horror stories about the infirm being denied and the process the claims people must go through to keep the infirm from getting services. Those who pay lots and have important people (lawyers, doctors, politicians) on the policy tend to get more procedures approved, but there is still a wrench that must be tossed in the machinery so it is slowed down.
