Yessum boss I cleaned dem rings good. I am not ruling out voltage problems, at the moment the ABS light is off for the first 5k's or so and then comes on. Perhaps the OVP is having issues, I tried to pull it apart for a resolder but could not figure out how. I have seen pictures of them pulled apart. From my understanding if a sensor is bad then the light will come on after a few meter once speed is above a certain point.
Is it possible/advisable to flush the diff with something like ATF or am I best off to just put in new gear oil? Hendrik who needs a can of electrical gremlin spray, which one is recommended or is it better to set gremlin traps around the car Jim Cathey wrote: >> [perhaps] the rotor in the diff has icky stuff all over it and >> is not feeding a proper signal. >> > > Seems unlikely, given the protected nature of life inside > the differential.
