Did you hear the answer given by the Shell guy when some senator said
something about the oil companies operating in a "free and open market"?  He
said "It's not a free and open market, you won't allow drilling, new
refineries, fewer gas blends, we are regulated to the hilt, no nuclear,
yadayadayada.  Bout time someone spoke up.
