VIN is 2B3KA43GX7H836248 I can't get used to VINs starting with numbers. It's not exactly intuitive that "2" means Canada the way "J" does Japan. Anyway, should be an '07 Dodge Charger. Dealer says it's a program car. I wonder, is it really, or just a retired rental with unusually low miles? (8K on an '07?)
