It would be great to have a set of them publicly available and evaluate existing tools against them so users can pick the best tool for their situation. With additional tips on operational security for each case this would be far more valuable to security conscious users than something like the EFF Secure Messaging Scorecard. Evaluating existing tools against specific scenarios also will show gaps in protection that can be used to guide development of new systems. Does anyone know of a resource where specific use cases like this are collected?
