The test page looks very good. What about letting each club take care of his own site based on this (or someother) design?! (with a general site to link to the different local sites) It'll give each the freedom to update and change content but yet will result in somewhat uniform face. For example I guess the JLC site will keep the titles and frames but will also have icons attached to teh topics.
