A combination, I guess. Doing it on all three platforms would be
about as much work as adding QT support was, or adding support for
embedding images and hidden tags in fields will be. And there are
vastly more people that need the latter two than need the former
(well, maybe not counting a billion Chinese, who unfortunately are
usually not among the paying customers even of companies who produce
software specifically for Chinese ;-)
