I don't understand their use of the word "Crossgrade" here, and you're not alone in finding their wording confusing: I had to write Heather just the other day to explain upgrade options to me.

It might help if they simply adopted industry conventions for their licenses, but in the meantime you can write to Heather and I'm confident she'll be as prompt and helpful in sorting through their unusual policies as she was with me.
