Hi all, I'm trying to get a peptide into solution, it currently only goes into solvent and high percentage DMSO but not into saline. I want to run a small volume dialysis since its final volume will be only around 200ul. Will this get rid of the DMSO or will it come out of solution? Does anyone have any experience with small volume dialysis and can you give me some tips?
