And it could only be that half of the difference in the speed is because it has less features. It will never be as versatile if, say Yahoo, can't write a toolbar for it. That would make it a more compact program and probably faster.
You are also agreeing to tell Google your life story. You tell Google a lot less using Firefox because they can only write, and read tracking cookies and track your use on their site using your computer's id. If you use Chrome, you can't go online without them knowing what you are doing. I wish that I could track my 18 year old the way Google is tracking you.
