Thanks for the reply. I do have experience close 5 yrs support/light
development exp.

My issue is getting into a more net admin net anaylst role working with
routers and switches and the alike. How do I break into these areas if I
don't have hands on production exp?  I work in net ops but want to work
with our net engineers which BTW there are only two people in that group.
How would I possibly move into that group which already seems prettty tight
to make a move into
