Did you try increasing socket.maxqlen?
Also note that Windoze has diseases where it sometimes sends those things
every couple of milliseconds. Someone reported that that happens if you
install the same Ethernet driver more than once. You might try
uninstalling and reinstalling your PC network card, or if that doesn't
help, reinstalling Windoze.
