[Miami] 128-bit SSL to the RestOfTheWorld

Hi,

just joined in here. Any news about releasing the 128-bit SSL library to ALL
Miami users, just as Microsoft has chosen to export their 128-bit High
Encryption to all users (using current versions of their software, at
least).
