Speaking of MiamiTelnet... the huge memory leak was removed in the
latest version, but I still have a couple of problems. It seems that
sometime MiamiTelnet and whatever I'm logged in to don't agree on
what size the terminal is. This is most notable when using joe and
gnuplot. It's usually fixed by a window resize, a Hard reset and a
Reset scroll region. :-P
The other problem is more serious. MiamiTelnet appears to be the
major source of crashes for my system. The client itself doesn't
crash often, but when I use it I get corrupted memory all over the
place, not seldom crashing Workbench and RAM. The problems are most
notable if I get a shit load of output, e.g. by 'ls -lR /' or something
like that.
