I noticed a bug in the MiamiTelnet+MiamiTelnetD combination, where the
number of lines is off by three due to failing to account for the
"overhead" lines in the window. This almost certainly has to be on the
client (MiamiTelnet) side, but I didn't look at the actual parameters
passed to check. With a kludge in my MiamiTelnetD startup script, I was
able to program around this and get ALynx to work over this combination.
