Not to start an off-topic thread here, but I am quite frankly sick of PFS2 and
don't want to hassle for weeks on end with even probably a better version. I
installed PFS2 on my a1200 a while back. It worked great. then I upgraded
the roms and software to 3.1, and it never consistently worked since. I
endlessly will be rendering something in Cinema4D and it will crash, then I
have to boot to the command prompt, use their 'diskvalid' utility at least
once or twice (doesn't always solve the problem upon the next reboot) and then
try to retrace back to where I was before.

I already have several computers on 24-7 in my house (webservers, mostly) and
the A1200 will be converted back to FFS (and the PFS2 stuff sold on eBay,
complete) when I get a chance. Pretty annoying, especially when it started
out so well.

While PFS3 I'm sure is a great improvement, I don't have the patience to
endure such a situation twice, I'm already stuck rebuilding computers on a
constant basis and as such, it gets in the way of site updates to AmigaU,
other projects I'm working on, etc. that I'd rather be doing. :)
