I am only requesting some of their local pages and saving them.

I just called them again. They put in new hardware (I didn't ask) and did
not change their code (so they say) and, since it works for them using the
two common PC browsers, they feel they have done enough checking. The head
of web services is going to get in touch with the company which does their
site, to see if they will contact me after a long weekend here, so I will
keep my fingers crossed.

I found the DNS numbers on the PC box, but not for Miami.
I think it is set up dynamically.
