Ha! A web browser, particularly them two, are useless for debugging.
About all you find are browser bugs. Bugs on the server are glossed over.
Particularly as they'll accept all sorts of broken things, that other
browsers won't. It's about time administrators used debugging tools to
check and debug systems (my bank's a prime example; although you have a
secure link to them, there's no way to verify that the secure link is
actually to the bank, or a secure link to something completely different).
Anyway, if they've changed hardware, chances are that their networking has
also changed, and they're quite likely to be redirecting things all over
the place.

If they're both using the same one, dynamic or pre-set, then you'll know
that's not part of the problem. WinIPcfg will show the DNS servers used
on the Windows box. You can see the DNS IPs on the appropriate page of
the database configuration, in Miami.
