In "Database/DNS servers"? I do have that set. And as I said before, this
doesn't cause me to redial, That's only when I lose the DNS services while
already browsing (anyone know whether the Windows TCP stack automatically
resets that connection while dialed up?).

Slow? Sometimes it comes up in a couple seconds, and sometimes it takes 15+
seconds.
