There's no inherent relation between php3, databases and clean
structured HTML. What I think you want is clean, structured
HTML no matter what the source.

I appreciate your comments if not specifically your tone. You may like
the pages at http://lite.midgard-project.org/ better -- same content,
no frills. If that's still too much of a 'tag soup' we'd appreciate
it if you could explain what exactly seems to be the problem.
