Gentlemen, Yes, my question is answered, actually a couple different ways. The BIGGIE is Doug's "Welcome trainee!" comment, even if the transferred controller is experienced elsewhere. I guess my question was around the notion that a very small tower or center might have only 2 or 3 certified controller/trainers, and if one is a real stinker, the odds go up quite a bit for a newbie to get a "punitive education".
