Hello Karl, You are correct. Specific aircraft were in each other’s OpSpec and could not be swapped with any available aircraft. Pax would remain on the aircraft when their destination was beyond SEA. Don’t recall whether both airlines sold seats on all sectors, on the other airline’s flights. Re: Continental, have to check with a colleague. There may have been a similar arrangement. Keady may know about something similar when AA DC10s were offered to HA?
