Looking at #1 from Jeff's list above, I agree that the report is basically
correct with the at risk area matching the 12+ weeks in arrears. There is one
fine point to mention on that though. I looked through the code for the report
and found that there is a parameter defined in
application/src/main/resources/org/mifos/reports/resources/ProgressReport.properties
as follows:
days.in.arrears.for.risk=90
which is used for the "Profile of Loans in Arrears" section. So in this
section at risk is >= 90 days.
In the "Aging of Loans in Arrears" section it is as it says 12+ weeks which
means >= 85 days. This is defined in:
application/src/main/java/org/mifos/reports/branchreport/LoanArrearsAgingPeriod.java
as the interval:
MORE_THAN_TWELVE("12+", 85, Integer.MAX_VALUE - 1);
So as defined, these two measures are very close, but not quite the same.
Seems like a business question about how "at risk" is defined and there is a
parameter that can be used to change that if required.
