For item 2, totals of aging of loans in arrears values not matching the Loans
in arrears totals, retested with Pasay Branch on 8085 test server and confirmed
the totals are now consistent. # clients in arrears now shows # of active and
on hold clients with loans in arrears.

Amount Outstanding in Arrears 19296.10
