Responses: Under "View Additional Information" of client already taken PPI in 1.6.x Questions: Under "Question Groups" > b) After upgrade to 2.1.5, for existing members with migrated PPI, the "View > Additional Information" link brings up the PPI questionnaire in view only > mode, but without answers to the PPI questions. Any idea why this happens? If the PPI had responses in 1.6.x then those should be migrated to 2.1.x using PPI migration script. > For new members, the PPI responses can be viewed using the "View Additional > Information".
