Hi All, I have been observing the loan management and i found out that a client can apply for a new loan when he/she has active loan. Can we make it in Admin>System>Global Configuration a setting where we either allow multiple loan application (one can apply for a loan when he/she has active loan) or we reject multiple loan application (the system should refuse for the client to apply for a new loan when there is an active loan. So that the choice is for the MFI to figure out according to their policy.
And i think the locale is not complete, it needs reviewing as some messages are displayed as in their coding without translation. eg. "error.msg.group.client.exist.in.group" when you try to associate a client to a group when that client already exists in the group. I would be very grateful to see mifos go to a full MFI and SACCO functional spectrum this year.
