To my knowledge there are only two ways to do this.  Restore a backup of the
config you want.  Or create a file like Script.rsc with every single
step/command you would need in order to change the config.  Each command has
its own line.  You don't have to reset the device, that just happens to be
the quickest way to remove the old config.
