I also should add,

If I run a /tool torch on that bridge, it clears the issue up also (no lost 
pings to any of the devices on that bridge)

Also forgot to mention that the RB2011 is running 6.30.2

Mikrotik uses the MAC of the first interface added to it, I believe.  It knows 
that MAC won't exist anywhere else.
