Looks good so far, except for your IndexOptions and AllowOverride directives. It seems you're missing some parts of the recommended configuration; please have a look at http://www.apache.org/info/how-to-mirror.html.
Nevertheless, it'll be in the next update since the above issues don't really affect the usefulness of the mirror.
