I was able to fix 4-5 qt pkg by pkg_add -u -r -D installed pkgname followed by pkg_check > mylog.txt that in the end reports:
--- qt6-qtsvg-6.10.2 ----- /usr/local/lib/cmake/Qt6Gui/Qt6QSvgIconPluginConfigVersionImpl.cmake should exist /usr/local/lib/cmake/Qt6Gui/Qt6QSvgPluginConfigVersionImpl.cmake should exist -- rdiff-backup-2.2.6 ----- checksum for /usr/local/lib/python3.13/site-packages/rdiff_backup/__pycache__/__init_.cpython-313.pyc does not match checksum for /usr/local/lib/python3.13/site-packages/rdiffbackup/__pycache__/_init__.cpython-313.pyc does not match checksum for /usr/local/lib/python3.13/site-packages/rdiffbackup/locations/map/_pycache__/__init__.cpython-313.pyc does not match I'm not able to fix these in the same way. dan
