Well if you prove that you wrote it then that would defeat the purpose of releasing it under the name of anonmyous would you?
One would be violating the copyright law regardless what name the said code is released under right? I mean, a third party won't be able to claim that they are the anonymous person unless they provide evidence, otherwise they can't change the license or do anything not permitted by the license, right?
