Last time I tried was on 4.5 (last generation of white macbooks): - mine macbook had an unsupported broadcom wifi - the MP kernel wouldn't boot - the fans were also always high - brightness worked - ethernet/keyboard/mouse/usb worked - I remember some problem with the keyboard on a Macbook Pro. I sold it and bought a lenovo x61s, couldn't be happier.
