I'd say RAID 1, 0 and Crypto are good to go. We are currently making major changes to the metadata which will make upgrading impossible without a dump/restore cycle. There is unfortunately no way around this; it is the price to pay for progress.
In a few weeks the softraid metadata changes should settle down.
