Asterisk contains chan_misdn and probably so does the Business editiion
and it is indeed not possible to add external GPL code to this version
of chan_misdn inside of asterisk without asking digium and the
maintainer of this GPL code.
But i can without any problems add code to chan_misdn and put this on
the beroNet website so everybody can download it, chan_misdn remains GPL
and the copyright ownership remains by me.
