I used SVN to downloads the latest version of MITK(VTK 5.2 / ITK 3.10
/ Cmake 2.6), and imported my own .vtk file. In the "Interactive
segmentation module", the "region growth" couldn't work. But the other
buttons, like "Add" "Subtract" etc, can work. If I load the test data
provided by the MITK source package(Pic3D.pic.gz), the "region growth" can
work.
So I'd like to kindly ask what was my problem? Should I modify my .vtk
file? It was the typical .vtk format.
