Thank you for your advice. I turned ITK3.10 to ITK3.8.0, and try again.
The ISF "region growing" still can not work one my .vtk(8bit) file. But when
I convert my .vtk file to .vti(16bit), it WORKS!! It seemed like MITK prefer
16bit file?
My system Linux64/ ITK3.8.0/ VTK5.2/ Qt3.3.
