Hi Miklos,

there was one issue with corrupted PATH variables on Windows, due to a 
bug in a CTK CMake script which we fixed recently 
(https://github.com/commontk/CTK/commit/83b95e3dce3107b0bd101a34f241e7195f67eec9).
 
Does your problem still exist with this change?
