Thanks, this fix seems to be the one I needed.
Meanwhile, I have built CTK separately and I set the CTK_DIR variable for
building MITK. I will try to build MITK without setting CTK_DIR, however, I
go on holiday for a week, I will do it when I return.
Now the build process stops at a later phase. :-(
