Hi Miklos,

MITK needs a CTK with DCMTK support. Until a few days ago, the DCMTK version compiled with CTK did not support MinGW. This has been fixed, so CTK should now build inside the MITK superbuild with MinGW.

Meanwhile, I have built CTK separately and I set the CTK_DIR variable for building MITK. I will try to build MITK without setting CTK_DIR, however, I go on holiday for a week, I will do it when I return.

Now the build process stops at a later phase. :-(
