Yes, it is really a big pain to get Qt 5 compiled with VS 2015 at the moment, including patching of the ICU library and what not. Therefore we decided to wait for official Qt binaries. Some minor things would need to be fixed to make MITK compatible to VS 2015, like the Boost integration. Nothing difficult though and already done in a personal branch somewhere. :)
