we are also running win64-vc12 so VS2013 without any problems for more than a year. We are integrating ITK, VTK and DCMTK as external libs.

we now use VS2012 but it has very limited C++11 support, so we would like to upgrade. We are finishing the upgrade to MITK 2015.05.2.
Has anybody try VS2013 or VS2015 already? We ran into build issues in DCMTK with VS2013.
