Thanks guys for the prompt answers! We managed to solve the DCMTK build errors by adding the " -DHAVE_STRSTREAM:BOOL=1" and "-DHAVE_SSTREAM:BOOL=1" CMake options to DCMTK.cmake. Weird that it hasn't come up for you guys. We use the same version of DCMTK with the same flags as in MITK 2015.05.2.
