Hi I am interested in the excellent Fiberfox simulator and the Advanced simulation options. I can see there are plenty of them mentioned in the documentation http://docs.mitk.org/nightly/org_mitk_views_fiberfoxview.html, which however are not available in the latest released version http://mitk.org/wiki/Download#MITK_Diffusion (for instance “Acquisition Type”, “Dwell Time”, “Coil Sensitivity”, T1 specification of compartments, etc).
Is there any plan for a new release of MITK_Diffusion in the near future that will include these features? Or can I access them if I get the latest source code and compile myself? Does this mean that these features are not yet stable enough? Many thanks Stam
