Well, I was thinking more about voxelwise ground truth fiber orientations, which would be useful if one wants to compare voxelwise orientation estimates vs ground truth orientations. If you draw an arbitrary fibre shape, you do not really have the exact voxelwise orientation will be from this ground truth shape.
