These are NIFTI files, after loading the orientation is OK, after Reinit
(or after creating the Segmentation image), the axial view is flipped
upside down. I can provide a file once I get home.
I was refering to my previous conversation with Andreas:
*Hi Amir, please keep the conversation on the list, so that other MITK users
can benefit from it as well.Thank you very much for your feedback! We are
currently reworking the region growing tool and also working on a bug that
leads to sudden crashed during manual segmentation. So the bugs you describe
might be fixed soon.As for the flipped image: I think this is related to
the following issue: http://bugs.mitk.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8350
<http://bugs.mitk.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8350>*
*Please note that the image itself is not flipped but the camera from which
we look at the image. However I understand that it is annoying if the image
is suddenly upside down. It would be very helpful if you could provide the
dataset so that we can reproduce the behaviour. If you find further issues
feel free to open a new bug in our bug tracking
system: http://bugs.mitk.org <http://bugs.mitk.org/>*
*Best,Andreas*
