I think you caught me, there are a couple of things that happened, the merge
of midiledhandler was kind of icky, so I winged it... I probably botched
it up...
The reason I didn't notice is cause the new mappings didn't have lights
blocks in them, so I didn't think anything of it at the time.
Having just put the lights blocks in and loaded and re-exported the file, I
can see that the lights block is not being resaved to the mapping file, so
that is also another bug. I'll punch it in in a minute and try to take a
look at midiledhandler tomorrow (too late tonight).
