The code calls createMidiLEDHandlers which is a static method which
makes all the led handlers.  Currently the code is supposedly reading
lights block, it is a cut-and-paste from the obsolete dlgmidiprefs.cpp
(reminds me I need to delete that from SVN).   I've corrected it to
read from outputs and added some debug statements in my local copy.
Also as I suspected, the save code only dumps the contents of the midi
table out, I'll correct that to resave mappings in the file, for now
just whatever is loaded will be resaved...  After I fix that, I'll
explore adding another panel for MIDI leds output mappings.
